Football Hold: Especially beneficial for mothers who underwent a C-section, as it keeps the baby's weight off the abdomen. Hold your baby beside you, supporting their neck with your hand, and tuck their legs under your arm, like holding a football.
Side-Lying Position: Ideal for night feedings or resting, this position involves lying on your side with your baby facing you. It's crucial to ensure your baby's nose is clear for easy breathing during this position.
Laid-Back Breastfeeding: Also known as biological nurturing, this position encourages your baby’s natural latching instincts. Recline comfortably, and let your baby lie on your chest. This naturally leads to a relaxed feeding experience.
