These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BumpBond.com LLC ("BumpBond," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of our website, applications, AI companion features, email message services, and related tools (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

2. Services and Informational Purpose

BumpBond provides parenting, pregnancy, and newborn informational content, including personalized messages and AI-supported interactions. Services are informational and emotional-support tools only.

3. Medical and Professional Disclaimer

BumpBond does not provide medical, legal, or other professional advice. AI output may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Always consult qualified professionals. In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan until canceled. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

5. Refund Policy

We provide a full refund within 14 days of an initial or renewal charge. To request a refund, email legal@bumpbond.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may deny fraudulent or abusive requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services, violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use automated abusive scraping/bot behavior.

7. User Content License

You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant BumpBond a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display content only to operate, improve, and secure the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content, software, branding, and technology are owned by BumpBond.com LLC or licensors and protected by law.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, communications, and operations. Third-party terms may apply to those services.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risks, or create legal exposure. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BumpBond.com LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the prior 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BumpBond.com LLC and its affiliates from claims resulting from your misuse of the Services, violation of Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by Texas law and applicable U.S. federal law. Subject to mandatory local consumer protections, disputes are resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas, USA.

15. International Users

The Services are offered internationally, including to users in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. You are responsible for compliance with local law. Mandatory local consumer rights remain applicable where required.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and additional notice may be provided where required by law.
